I discovered Guisados by Googling “Best Tacos in America”, so I think you can imagine where this is going. In short, they are. Their handmade tortillas are excellent and every taco I’ve tried is so juicy and flavorful (I’m partial to the tinga, mole, and chorizo). You don’t even mind when the juices are running down your arm. You are, in fact, licking your arm to not miss out on any morsel of these amazing tacos. Also, for a bit of fun, they have a taco that is the spiciest food bite in the universe (it’s called the “Chiles Toreados”) and if you can convince someone brave in your group to eat one, you will be treated to a hilarious spectacle of pain, disbelief, and euphoria. You could try one yourself, but that would be foolish. Better to convince a friend. Multiple locations.
Price: At $3.25 per taco, you can hover right around that $10 buyout budget, even with three delicious tacos in front of you.
Health: Could be! They have some vegetarian taco options that look very fresh and good. But I cannot speak for them.
Speed: This is a counter service establishment. Our food has always come up promptly.
